Sea View Cottage - has been lovingly refurbished by the owners to an extremely high standard - without losing its cosy, comfortable and seaside cottage charm. The property is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay carefree, relaxed and comfortable with everything provided apart from towels.

Sea view Cottage comprises:

1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

1 twin room.

Downstairs toilet and large entrance hall.

1 double with ensuite shower and tiolet.

Lovely modern fully equipped Kitchen/Dining room leading to double aspect lounge with large windows overlooking the Estuary and views accross to Instow - flat screen TV - electric log burner effect fire as well as full central heating.

Parking is available by the cottage for unloading and loading - overnight parking is behind the cottage with a short path/walkway to the cottage - less than 1 minute away.

Please note this cottage does not allow pets - ideal for those that have allergies etc.

Sea View books in the High Season from a Sat to Sat prices range from £695 - £895. Low Season prices are from £350 per week. Short Break prices from £100 per night.

Sea View cottage is less than 50 yrds from the slip to beach & Mooring - 2 mins walk from the Quayside with - shops - post office - newsagents - Galleries Resturants and pubs located in the historical part of Appledore known as Bensons Quay - famous for the tales of Benson the nortorious Trader/ Merchant/ smuggler and the Nightingale Scandle in the 1800's.
